Advertise your Event; Club, Society or Group etc.; Accommodation for FREE


Advertising on this website is free for Groups, Events, Businesses and Accommodation providers based in Fordingbridge and Surrounding Villages, i.e. Godshill, Frogham, Hyde, Stuckton, Gorley (North and South), Bicton, Alderholt, Sandleheath, Damerham, Martin, Rockbourne, Whitsbury, Breamore, Woodgreen and Hale. 

Use the explanations below to decide which on-line Form to complete so that details of your Event, Regular Meeting, Business or Accommodation will be added to this site.


  • Do you want to advertise a Regular Meeting, e.g. Badminton Club, Theatre Group, Sewing Group or Horticultural Group etc.? (See the Clubs and Societies page for existing examples).

If it is a Regular Meeting that you want to advertise, please click HERE and the Regular Meeting Form will be displayed.  Please complete the on-line Form with details of your group then click the Submit on-screen button; the information will be added to the Clubs and Societies Page within the next few days.


  • Do you want to advertise a One-off Event, e.g. a fund raising table top sale, a club Open Day or a fund raising concert etc? (See the Local Events page for existing examples).

If it is an Event that you want to advertise, Please click HERE and the Events Form will be displayed.  Please complete the on-line Form with details of your Event then click the Submit on-screen button; the information will be added to the Events Page within the next few days.

  • Do you want to advertise a Business that is based Fordingbridge or its surrounding villages.

If it is an Business that you want to advertise, Please click HERE and the Business Form will be displayed.  Please complete the on-line Form with details of your Business then click the Submit on-screen button. If you have your own website, your details will only be added when you have added a link to www.visitfordingbridge.co.uk to your website.

  • Do you want to advertise your B & B, Hotel or Holiday Lets? (See the Accommodation page for existing examples).

If it is accommodation that you want to advertise, Please click HERE and the Accommodation Form will be displayed.  Please complete the on-line Form with details of the Accommodation you are offering then click the Submit on-screen button.  If you have your own website, your details will only be added when you have added a link to www.visitfordingbridge.co.uk to your website.

It is intended that Clubs and Societies and Fund Raising Events within the Fordingbridge and Surrounding Villages area will be able to continue to advertise for free.  Charges for Events outside of Fordingbridge and surrounding villages and all Businesses and Accommodation advertising will be reviewed in 2012.
